Our Story
We Don't Make Clothes. We Make Statements.
ForsakenApparel was born out of a simple conviction: that fashion is never neutral. Every piece you put on your body is a choice — and we believe that choice should mean something.
Our Mission
We exist to create premium, culture-driven apparel that amplifies the voices of communities that have been ignored, criminalized, and pushed to the margins. We are not a brand that quietly donates a percentage and calls it activism. We are a brand built from the ground up on the belief that art, community, and resistance belong together.
From the streets of Phoenix to wherever you are — ForsakenApparel is a declaration that you refuse to be invisible.
A Note from the Founder
I started Forsaken Apparel because I was tired of seeing people wear brands that had no impact in the real world. As someone who was unhoused myself I wanted to build something that directly reflected the world I actually live in — the beauty, the struggle, the people fighting every day just to exist with dignity.
Because of this belief every collab, every drop, every tee shirt helps provide essential supplies for our unhoused neighbors in Arizona.
— Santio Wells, Founder
What We Stand For
-
Craft Over Compromise — Premium materials, intentional construction, no shortcuts.
-
Activism Over Aesthetics — Every Sunday our community comes together to hand out food boxes to families facing food insecurity. And on the last of Sunday of EVERY MONTH we distribute care packages to unhoused around phoenix.
- Collaboration Over Clout — Collaborations with food banks such as Midwest Food Bank & Saint Marys allow us to consistently provide food, water and essential supplies to our housed and unhoused neighbors alike.
- Culture as Resistance — What you wear is a statement and a reflection of who you are and what you support.
The People Behind the Brand
ForsakenApparel is a Phoenix-rooted brand powered by a tight-knit crew of artists, organizers, and makers who believe in the power of what they create. We collaborate with local and national voices who share our values — because the best work happens when the right people are in the room.
We're building something that lasts. We're glad you're here for it.
